3. Payments & Purchases

The BudKoin App does not process sales or collect payment information. If you choose to make a purchase, you will be directed to our website (budkoin.com) or to a licensed retail partner’s site. All payment and order data are handled by those websites and their payment processors (e.g., Square, Apple Pay) under their own privacy policies.

4. Sharing of Information

We may share limited data with:

• Licensed dispensary partners (to confirm pickup eligibility)
• Trusted service providers that support our infrastructure and security
• Regulatory authorities if legally required

We never sell or rent your personal information.

5. Age & Location Restrictions

BudKoin is restricted to adults aged 21+ and operates only in jurisdictions where adult-use cannabis commerce is permitted. The app automatically limits access to product and ordering features outside of these areas.

6. Your Rights & Choices

• View or edit your account details
• Opt out of optional communications
• Request deletion of your account and personal data via Settings → Delete Account. We delete your data within 30 days of a verified request.

7. Data Security & Retention

We use industry-standard encryption and safeguards to protect your data. We retain information only as long as needed for compliance and functionality, after which we delete or anonymize it. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; use the App at your own risk.

8. Children’s Privacy

Our services are not intended for minors. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 21 years of age. If we learn that a minor has provided information, we will delete it promptly.

9. Policy Updates

We may update this policy from time to time. Any material changes will be posted in the App and on our website with a new “Last updated” date.
